A hunting we will go...
...Hunting for houses, that is! (What, you thought I meant actual hunting?)
With a park and a beach firmly in our sights, we have moved on to the more challenging locations to secure. Fortunately, it is also the final of our main shooting spots to figure out. The search has had auspicious start, so hopefully the productivity will continue. But not for too long, because the goal is of course to find a place in which to film!
In the meantime, we can imagine we're on some property hunting reality show. Touring homes, asking for bargains for us poor students, and inspecting every nook and cranny with a purpose in mind. The home has to be conducive to filming, so not any ol' house will do. Granted, we're not looking for a location that can house Muppets (a story told to me by the recent movie's locations manager), but it still has to accommodate a camera, lights, crew, and the film's story and action. You know, moviemaking.
Once the house location is locked, it will be a huge relief for all involved. Until then, happy hunting!
